WEEKLY LIVE CALL TICKET

Every week we gather for a live call to ground, regulate and align ourselves for the days ahead. In these sessions, I tune into the energy of the week and guide you through the some of practices we use at 22 Routines • journaling, EFT tapping and meditation • to bring your nervous system back into safety, clarity and intention.

These calls are a space to reconnect with yourself and with others on the same journey. There will be time for hot seat coaching, sharing, asking any burning questions, or simply observing and healing in community. Everything is welcome.

This is your weekly reset • a moment to release what’s heavy, get clear on what you desire, and step into the new week feeling grounded, supported and aligned.

We meet every Sunday at 11.30 CET starting December 7th and continuing beyond. Replays will be available.
