About a year and a half ago, I had what became my last anxiety attack. It came suddenly, my chest hurt, I couldn’t lift my left arm, and I genuinely thought something was seriously wrong.
That moment changed everything. Not because I was broken, but because my body was finally asking to be listened to. From there, I went deep into nervous system regulation, EFT, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and the science of neuroplasticity.
What healed my anxiety wasn’t managing it better, but learning how to create safety in my body again. This 7-day Anxiety Journey is the exact framework I used, created to go to the root and help you change your relationship with anxiety for good.
